Pre-Deployment
Allocated capital can be fully reversed before the initialization of backend scaffolding, repository creation, or resource planning. Refund directives must be issued directly to our administrative desk at [email protected].
Post-Initialization Lock
Once engineering sprints commence, capital is locked. High-performance software architecture requires intensive, upfront technical labor, which cannot be recovered. By authorizing kickoff, you waive the standard 14-day EU withdrawal right applicable to consumer digital goods.
Third-Party Infrastructure
Funds utilized to provision third-party infrastructure (e.g., enterprise server nodes, API credits, edge databases) are subject to the policies of the respective service providers. AtomicSignalDrive cannot refund capital already consumed by external networks.
