Execution & Delivery
These terms govern all scalable code, systems, and architectures developed by AtomicSignalDrive. Formal engineering sprints commence exclusively upon the clearance of the initial financial milestone. Once code logic is approved and injected into the production environment, structural changes constitute a new project scope.
Intellectual Property Handover
Upon fulfillment of the final financial agreement, complete intellectual property rights to the bespoke frontend code, architectural designs, and operational assets are transferred entirely to the client's ownership. AtomicSignalDrive retains the right to document the technical implementation and non-sensitive performance metrics in our public case studies, unless bound by a strict NDA.
Liability & SLA Limitations
We engineer for maximum reliability and minimum latency. However, due to the inherent reliance on third-party APIs (e.g., Stripe, AWS, Vercel Edge networks) and external computational variables, we cannot legally guarantee continuous uptime or specific financial returns outside of the direct code we author and control.
